The President shall preside over all meetings of the Board, except for elections of Board Members and it's officers. The President shall appoint committees and members of those committees as he/she sees fit. The President shall be in charge of supervision of the club and shall represent the club at all meetings designated by the affiliated leagues. The President may only vote to break ties, and shall be, along with the Vice-President, ex-officio of all committees as designated by the President.

The Vice-President shall be responsible for conducting all meetings involving an election and attending all meetings the President can not attend. They shall be in charge of nominations for all elections.

The Secretary shall be responsible for recording the minutes of all meetings and notification to the Board of all meetings. The Secretary must also notify the General Membership of the Annual Meeting. He/she handles all correspondence and communications as directed by the Board. The Secretary will send minutes of each Board meeting to the memebers of the Board and others as requested at least 14 days prior to the next Board meeting.

The Treasurer is responsible for all club funds and its duties include keeping detailed accounts of all financial transactions related to each team as well as the club in general. General club responsibiliites include deposit of all monies received by the club and payment of all bills accepted by the club including but not limited to player registrations, league fees, and fines. The Treasurer will present a detailed report of all transactions to the Board at each meeting or as directed by the Board. The Treasurer will prepare a budget with the assistance of the President to be presented to the Board for acceptance at the Annual General Meeting. 

The Registrar is responsible for the registration of club teams, players, and coaches with our affiliated leagues. He/she is also responsible for the collection of all information from players and coaches for the purpose of registration with our affiliated leagues. The Registrar will communicate directly with Head Coaches or designated team managers for the purpose of collecting information as needed.

The Club Coach is responsible for overseeing the general conduct of all its coaches and players within the club. The Club Coach sets up and coordinates all camps and clinics run by the club and is responsible for the continued training of all club players and coaches. He/she is also responsible for the recruitment and qualification of all new caoches as needed. The Club Coach will also attend all league meetings if required by the Board.
